Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

TL;DR

You can use Brick 1100 without an account. If you sign in, we store your email, name and the data you choose to back up or upload. The Android and iOS apps show ads, and our ad partners collect your device's advertising ID and usage data, which can be used for personalized ads if you allow it. We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used. Your contacts and messages stay on your device. You can delete your account in the app. Contact us at hey@visnalize.com with any question.

Visnalize ("we", "us", "our") makes the Brick 1100 app for Android, iOS and the web (the "Service"). This page explains what information the Service collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information

Signing in is optional. You can sign in with Google or Apple to back up your data and use Minicloud. When you sign in, we receive and store:

  • your email address (with Apple, this can be a private relay address),
  • your name, if the provider gives it,
  • a user ID, and which sign-in providers you use.

Data you choose to store with us

  • Cloud backup. When you select Backup, we store a copy of your settings (including your carrier name, PIN and security code), your profiles, your reminders, your Composer tunes and game progress. Messages and contacts are not backed up.
  • Minicloud. Files that you upload to Minicloud, and how much storage you use.

Usage and device information

On Android and iOS, the app uses Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used. It records events such as the screens you open, the games you play, ads shown, and subscription screens. Firebase also collects device information (such as device model, operating system and app version), an app instance ID, your approximate location based on your IP address, and your device's advertising ID. This information is not linked to your Brick 1100 account.

The app also uses Firebase Remote Config to receive settings from our server, such as how often ads may appear.

Advertising

The Android and iOS apps show ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may show ads from its partners AppLovin, Liftoff (Vungle) and Unity Ads. These ad networks collect information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, device information and how you interact with ads. They use it to show ads, measure them, prevent fraud and, if you allow it, show personalized ads.

  • On iOS, the app asks for your permission before your advertising identifier (IDFA) can be used for tracking. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
  • In some regions, such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the app may ask for your consent for personalized ads.
  • On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.

The web version shows no ads.

Purchases

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage them. RevenueCat receives your purchase history and an anonymous app user ID, which is not linked to your Brick 1100 account. We never receive your payment card details.

Referral codes

If you open Brick 1100 from a partner's referral link, the app keeps the partner's referral code. On Android, it can also read the code from Google Play's install referrer. If you buy a subscription, we record the referral code with your anonymous RevenueCat ID, the type of subscription, the platform and the date, so that we can pay the partner. Renewals are recorded in the same way. When an ad is shown, we record the referral code with the ad type and the platform, without any user ID.

Games

On Android and iOS, the app signs in to Google Play Games or Apple Game Center to show leaderboards and achievements. Your scores and achievements are sent to Google or Apple and are handled under their privacy policies.

Information that stays on your device

  • Contacts. On Android and iOS, the app can read, add, edit and delete contacts on your device when you use the Contacts menu. Your contacts are never sent to us.
  • Messages and calls. When you send a message or make a call, the app opens your phone's own messaging or phone app. Your messages and call details are never sent to us. Message drafts are kept only on your device.
  • Notifications. The daily reminder for games is scheduled on your device. We do not send push notifications.
  • Other app data, such as your settings, reminders and game progress, is stored on your device unless you back it up.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • provide the Service, including sign-in, cloud backup, Minicloud, purchases and leaderboards,
  • understand how the app is used and improve it,
  • show ads, and limit how often they appear,
  • pay our referral partners,
  • respond to your messages.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use these third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

Online apps and games

The Online menu opens apps and games made by the community, served from brick1100-apps.visnalize.com and brick1100-games.visnalize.com, and lists them through the GitHub API. Brick 1100 sends them only the screen colors and size. Each one may store data in its own browser storage on your device.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data, backup and Minicloud files until you delete them.

  • Delete your account in the app, in Menu > Settings > Account settings. This deletes your account and your cloud backup.
  • Delete Minicloud files one by one in Menu > Extras > Minicloud. Files that you do not delete stay in Minicloud after you delete your account. To have them deleted, contact us.
  • Other data, such as referral records, is kept for our records. Analytics data is kept according to Firebase's retention settings.
  • To ask us to delete any data that we hold about you, email hey@visnalize.com from the address linked to your account.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or move your personal data, or to object to how we use it. To use these rights, contact us.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Your cloud backup can only be read by your own account. No method of storage or sending data over the internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe that a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. Changes take effect when they are posted.
